The court determined issues remitted by the Court of Appeal in respect of an account of profits derived from infringement of a patent for a shop display system. The court determined the proportion of sales of non-infringing panels which were convoyed with sales of infringing inserts (10%), and allowed the deduction of a proportion of general overheads such as rent for premises and delivery charges.
