New York Police can’t decide which twin to prosecute

In a bizarre turn of events, New York Police are attempting to find out which identical twin was involved in a shooting.  Edward and Raymond Nickens are identitical in every respect other than their names and tattoos. Police have won the right to take photos of the twins with and without their shirts on in attempt to help witnesses identify which twin may be the perpetrator of the crime but so far without success. In court the twins wore matching clothes and goatees and it has been said that they could make themselves look more similar should they wish.

The trial continues.
